4)All prices are in Euros. For orders  within Greece an additional charge of 23% tax is imposed

5)The gift baskets will be sent to the address provided. You will receive the order within
2-3 working days within Greece,
7-10 days in Europe and
15-20 days for the rest of the world.These delivery times are indicative and depend on the method of delivery chosen. Also on the courier company or the postal office.Stockgifts not held liable for any delay in delivery

6)We guarantee that from the moment we take your order the items ordered will meet the description provided on our website, will not be faulty and will be of good quality.
It is possible there will be differences  between the products displayed in the photos on our web site and those sent to you.

8)Our company Stockgifts has the responsibility  for the prices, details, product description on our site to be correct.
We reserve the right to deny orders where the information is incorrect  or insufficient.

Complaints

13)Complaints about the high quality of the products delivered are accepted ONLY on the day of delivery and only by the sender (who has been charged and the value thereof), not later, in writing by fax or e-mail. In such cases we will immediately send our representative to the recipient of the order, check the product and if they really see a problem, replace them.
